Bipolar's Gales

Within the chambers of a restless soul,

The weather's turmoil takes its toll.

A hurricane's rage, fierce and wild,

A torrential downpour, emotions compiled.

Dark clouds gather, an ominous sign,

As highs and lows intertwine.

Effervescent joy, boundless and grand,

Like a summer's day, warm and effortlessly unplanned.

But in an instant, the sky turns gray,

Storm clouds gather, menacing and astray.

The calm is shattered, a brewing squall,

As depression's grip begins to enthrall.

A thunderstorm of thoughts collides,

Inside the tempest, chaos resides.

Whirlwinds of despair, swirling fast,

Dragging the spirit into the past.

The pendulum swings, with force untamed,

From euphoric heights to depths unnamed.

A rollercoaster ride, so bitter and sweet,

Where emotions clash and contradictions meet.

Yet within this tumultuous domain,

Lies strength and resilience, though often strained.

For like the weather, ever-changing, true,

The beauty within is revealed anew.
